Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments made to Woodiewin Technology Private Limited (“Woodiewin”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may be eligible for a refund. By purchasing or subscribing to any service from Woodiewin, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

General Policy

Woodiewin offers IT services including Website Development, App Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Graphics Designing. Since our services are customized and require dedicated time, planning and team efforts, payments made for services are generally non-refundable.

A refund may only be considered under special conditions defined below and subject to management approval.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered only under the following valid circumstances:

  • Payment was made by mistake more than once (duplicate transaction).
  • The project has not been initiated by the Woodiewin team within 10 working days from payment date.
  • The requested service is proven to be technically impossible to execute and no alternative solution is acceptable to the client.

If work has already begun — including requirement gathering, planning, designing, development, content writing, setup, or strategy work — the project will not be eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The client changes their mind after project approval.
  • Delays occur due to incomplete or late requirements from the client.
  • The client discontinues the project voluntarily.
  • The service has been completed, deployed, or delivered as agreed.
  • Third-party services or licenses like hosting, domain, APIs, plugins, SMS gateways, analytics tools, marketing subscriptions etc.

All advance payments, milestone payments and invoices paid toward service execution are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, the client must contact us by email along with:

  • Full name / Business name
  • Registered mobile number / Email
  • Invoice number / Payment proof
  • Clear reason for refund request

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7–14 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Service Cancellation

Cancellation of service does not guarantee a refund. All outstanding dues must be settled before the cancellation request can be processed.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to the above policy are at the sole discretion of the Woodiewin management team and will only be agreed upon in written confirmation from official company communication channels.

Modifications to Refund Policy

Woodiewin reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately from the date of publication.
